No matter what she drew, they were all praised as “genius”. An artist gifted with unparalleled talent. 

“I just draw whatever and whenever I want to, is that wrong?” 

Komiya Sousuke 

While embracing a sense of inferiority towards his childhood friend Yuri, he was a high schooler who aimed to be an artist. 

“For an untalented bunch like me, working hard is the only way. Everyone knows that.” 

Kashii Utako 

A childhood friend of Sousuke and Yuri. They parted ways when she moved away after elementary school. 

“I think you are serious, hardworking, sincere, and ……very charming. I like the pictures you draw, Sousuke.” 

Sugawara Kaede

A senpai who was concerned about her juniors’–Sousuke’s group– situation. A popular high school model.

“Ah, I found just the right body pillow”

Senpai came closer as she said that. From the back of my chair, she clinged to me reassuringly. With her soft mounds pressed against me, and her fragrant strands of hair touching my cheeks, against my will, my heartbeat went wild.

“You know, because you are willing to become lame for the girl you like, you look cool instead,” said Yuri

“…Eh?”

Taken by the unexpected words, I let out a muffled sound. Yuri rose up deliberately, a smile on her lips, then quickly combed her disheveled hair with her fingers as she got out of bed. 

With that, she turned to leave, her back facing me. But suddenly stopped, then looked back at me.

“Sousuke”

“What is it?”

“I’ll also be participating in the Kouji Exhibition Competition.”
