“Hey, that’s not okay! Don’t say things like that! He’s doing his best! I’ll support him!”

: Aqua-chan is too much like an angel…

“Alright, let’s shift to dungeon exploration! Though, it’s just material gathering, so there’s not much to see.”

Aqua, with her beautiful hair swaying, headed towards the entrance of the dungeon. I rushed over and called out to her.

“Wait! Are you going into the dungeon now? Monsters become more aggressive at night; you should stop—”

At that moment, an E-rank monster, the Red Wolf, leaped out from inside the dungeon and attacked me, who was right behind Aqua.

—Gyaaah!

“What the!?”

“That’s an untrained little puppy.”

However, with a flash of her short sword drawn from her waist, Aqua easily cut down the Red Wolf from the side. The Red Wolf’s body vanished, and drops like fur and fangs scattered around.

As for me, I was still in shock from the surprise attack, screaming and falling on my backside.

“…It got a bit dirty, so I’ll change before entering the dungeon! I’ll cut the stream for now!”

Smiling wryly at the ridiculous comments, Aqua closed the live window of the streaming screen. I wanted to express my gratitude to Aqua for helping me.

“Don’t come closer. Trash like you might be contagious.”

Her attitude completely changed from when she was cheering me on just a while ago. Aqua glared at me.

“You should give up being an explorer searcher. It seems you have no talent.”

“Huh? But, you were cheering for me just a—”

“That was obviously because I was streaming.”

Saying that, Aqua took out bread from her bag and handed it to me.

“Here, your stomach has been noisy since earlier. Eat this and quietly go back to town.”

“I told you, I don’t need thanks! Well then, I hope we don’t meet in the dungeon again.”

Saying that, Aqua changed her equipment and headed towards the dungeon. Without looking back, she left me with one last remark.

“If we happen to meet in the dungeon again… I’ll be angry. Very angry.”

Holding the precious food, the bread, given by Aqua, I watched her back in a daze.
